Booking & Cancellation
- Service Confirmation
- All bookings require a completed online form and a confirmation email from Uniflix Services.
- 24-Hour Cancellation Notice
- Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid a full service fee.
- Cancellations made between 4–24 hours before the appointment incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee.
- No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment are charged at 100% of the service fee.
2. Damage Waiver & Liability Limits
- Service Liability
- Our technicians exercise professional care, but Uniflix Services is not responsible for existing damage, concealed defects, or normal wear-and-tear issues.
- Minor Cosmetic Waiver
- By accepting service, clients waive claims for minor cosmetic damage (e.g., small scuffs or paint rubs) that may occur during normal positioning or repair activities.
- Limitation of Liability
- Uniflix Services’ total liability for any claim—whether contract, tort, or otherwise—will not exceed the total fees paid for the affected service.
- Damage Claims
- All damage claims must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to support@uniflixservices.org within 24 hours of service completion. Claims after 24 hours will not be considered.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Access & Safety
- Ensure clear, safe access to work areas; remove breakables, valuables, and obstacles.
- Pets & Children
- Secure pets and keep children clear of the work area throughout the service.
- Utilities
- Provide necessary power and water access if required for the service.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Service Rates
- Appliance Repair: Starting at $129.99 per call + $80/hr labor
- BBQ Cleaning: $180 for up to 3 burners + $25 per additional burner
- Furniture Assembly: $60/hr (1 pro) / $120/hr (2 pros)
- Taxes & Fees
- Applicable sales taxes and environmental fees will be added to all invoices.
- Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon service completion—cash, credit card, or e-transfer accepted.
5. Privacy & Data
- Uniflix Services collects only the personal information necessary to fulfill and bill your service.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to binding arbitration in Mississauga, Ontario.
By booking or continuing with Uniflix Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, Policies, and Damage Waiver.
